Head - Accounts & Company Secretary

is a Graduate in Commerce from Madras University. He is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) as well an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He has over 30 years of experience in Accounts, Finance & Company Secretarial aspects. Before joining RPPL, he was associated mainly with Kirby Building Systems India Limited, The Andhra Petro Chemicals Limited, Priyadarshini Spinning Mills Limited etc.,

Vice President (Legal)

is B.A. (Economics) from Loyola College, Vijayawada and LL.B. from University of Nagpur. Having practiced Law, he has 20 yrs of hands on experience in litigation and Civil and Criminal Laws. Heading Company’s Legal Deptt, he is advising and assisting RPPL on all legal matters relating to administration and management of Contracts, Banking and Finance, Companies Formation, Land & Property, Litigation, Disputes Resolution and Arbitration / Claim Settlements.

Head-Design & Engineering

is B.E. Civil from Osmania University with M.Tech from JNTU Hyderabad. Having started his career in Irrigation Dept in erstwhile AP., he retired as Chief Engineer. With over 35 years of experience in Water Resource Systems Management and Development in Irrigation Sector, he is leading the Design and Engineering function of RPPL. Before Joining RPPL, he served Transstroy (India) Limited.

Head-Finance

is Masters in Commerce from Osmania University. With over 30 years of experience in Banking, Treasury and Working Capital Management, he is heading the Finance portfolio of the company. Before joining RPPL he has worked with Public & Private Sector Banks viz Andhra Bank and Dhanlaxmi Bank.

Project Director

“Mr.Rakesh Dimri, Project Director, Tapovan Vishnugad Hydroelectric Power Project (NTPC Project) Uttarakhand. He is having Thirty years of Hands on Experience in Execution, Construction Project Management, Contract Management, Monitoring & Supervision of Civil Works in Large Hydro Power Projects from project conceptualization stage to project commissioning ( comprising Dam / Barrage, Tunnels, Underground Caverns, Shafts etc.). He also possess PGDCM from NICMAR & MBA from SMU. He has worked in Construction of Large Hydro Power Projects from conceptual stage to commissioning in Jaypee Group, Thapar & Patel Engg. Ltd. before joining with RPPL.”

Sr. GM-PMC

is BE in Civil Engineering from Karnataka University. He has 20 year of rich experience in Project Management, Estimation, Claims and Arbitration. He has handled major and critical projects such as Dams, Hydro Power Projects, Cannels etc. Before joining with RPPL, he has worked with Sree Rama Engineering Construction, Venkata Rama Construction. He has worked on prestigious projects like Akasaganga Dam, Tirumala and THDC.

Head – Plant & Machinery

He is heading the Plant and Machinery Department. He has completed his Diploma in Auto mobile engineering from Andhra Polytechnic, Kakinada – Andhra Pradesh in 1984. He has over 35 years of experience in plant and Machinery used in various infrastructure projects. Before joining RPPL, he was associated with Apco Infratech (P) ltd, Soma enterprise Ltd, Lanco constructuions Ltd, Progressive constructions Ltd etc.

Head - Projects

Head – Projects (Projects Planning, Monitoring & Coordination) is B. Tech in Civil Engineering from JNTU. He has a vast experience of 44 Years in various sectors i.e., 36 years in various cadres in Irrigation Department in erstwhile AP State and retired as Chief Engineer and 8 years experience in Private Sector catering Proffetional Consultancy services to Infra Companies . He is spearheading the Project Planning, Monitoring & Coordination function of the company.

Vice President (F&A)

Mr. Vijay Raghav, CA and CS has over 30 years of experience in Project Finance, Strategic Financial Planning & Modelling, Budgeting, MIS, Consolidation of Corporate Accounts, Costing, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Secretarial and Compliances. His previous Corporate Experience was as a Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Nabha Power Ltd (100% Subsidiary of L&T Limited). Mr Vijay in his corporate journey was associated with companies like ITC Bhadrachalam Paper Boards, Suryavanshi Spinning Mills, Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chemicals, My Home Power, Cyberabad Convention Centre Pvt Ltd, Madhucon Projects and Capital Fortunes in Finance and Accounts Departments.

Head - HR & ADMIN

Radha Krishna, M.Phil. (Labour Studies), Post Graduate in PM & IR, and a Graduate in Law has around 30 years of experience in HR, IR & Admin, in Public as well as Private Sectors. Radha Krishna, carrying over 18 years of experience in the Infrastructure field. Radha Krishna, Started his career with NMDC, and associated with ESSAR CONSTUCTIONS, C&C Constructions, BSCPL Infrastructure, and MBL Infrastructure. Prior to joining Rithwik Projects was associated with Hyderabad Race Club as General Manager (Admin & IR).

Head - Tenders

is a Graduate in Commerce from Nagarjuna University. He has over 23 years of experience in Tendering and Business Development, Liasioning with Various Govt. Departments, Execution of the projects etc. Before joining RPPL, he was associated with Progressive Constructions Limited
