Construction of a Mini Town Ship at JagtiNagrota for Kashmiri Migrants by building 4224 Two-Bedroom Sets in 176 No. Blocks, each of which consists of 24 Sets in a Ground + Two-Storey framed structure with all civil, electrical, and plumbing items as well as auxiliary works, such as roads, educational institutions, community centres, health centres, sanitation (sewerage & drainage), and park development.

Construction of multistory buildings with structural foundations/rafts and RCC frame constructions was the original scope of the project, along with ancillary work such internal roadways, sewerage, drainage, etc.

Loacation

At “JagiNagrota,” a Mini Township was built on the outskirts of Jammu City. The Township will have every auxiliary facility needed for the person’s daily needs. Value of Project:
