Mr. Rithwin Ramesh

Mr. Rithwin Ramesh is the Vice President – Operations at Rithwik Projects Pvt. Ltd., where he leads infrastructure project execution and supports organizational growth. As part of the next-generation leadership team, he combines planning skills with practical operational control to ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time, even in challenging conditions.

He has strong experience in project planning, resource management, and execution. He has helped improve productivity by introducing clear processes, better monitoring systems, and simple technology tools that support faster decisions and accountability across project sites.

Rithwin focuses on building systems that support long-term efficiency rather than short-term fixes. His work improves cost control and coordination between teams, contractors, and stakeholders. By promoting clear planning and disciplined execution, he has helped improve delivery standards while maintaining speed and quality.

He is known for his practical approach, focus on results, and leadership. He works closely with different teams to align daily work with company goals. His efforts are helping the company handle larger and more complex infrastructure projects with confidence while building a strong and reliable organization.

Mr. Rithwik Ramesh

Mr. Rithwik Ramesh is the second-generation entrepreneur currently serving as the President – Operations at Rithwik Projects Pvt. Ltd. With a background in Economics and Finance from Drexel University, USA, he brings strong financial insight and a modern approach to the company’s operations. At Rithwik Projects, he plays a vital role in financial planning, budgeting, and strategic fund management. He has been instrumental in introducing systems and processes that have enabled the organization to transition from a traditional, family-run setup to a more structured and professional business model. In addition to his core responsibilities in operations, Rithwik leads the company’s tunneling division, where, under his leadership, Rithwik Projects successfully completed the Veligonda Tunnel project – an intricate irrigation tunnel executed using a tunnel boring machine. He also spearheaded the RVNL Package 6 project, a prestigious 19-km tunnel constructed using the NATM method, valued at ₹1,800 crore. This project set a new benchmark for the company, achieving 820 meters of tunneling in a single month – an internal record.

Mr. Gummalla Govardhan Naidu

An engineering graduate from JNTU, Hyderabad, Mr. G. Govardhan Naidu brings rich expertise in power and irrigation projects. He began his career at Kesoram Cements and later served as Assistant Divisional Engineer at APSEB until 2001. As General Manager at Rithwik Power Projects (2001–2006), he led the construction of a 7.5 MW biomass plant in Khammam. He then directed the execution of a 24 MW mini hydel scheme in Karnataka. Notable projects under his leadership include the Bansagar Canal in UP, the 1.1 km Tupakulagudem Barrage on the Godavari, and several ongoing hydro projects at Tapovan, Dhaulasidh, Sunni, and Rangit IV.

Mr. Chintakunta Munnuswamy Rajesh

Mr. C M Rajesh is one of the Founding Directors of Rithwik Projects, who has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth since its inception. With deep expertise in competitive bidding, business development, and multi-vertical operations, he spearheads project acquisition and strategic expansion. His hands-on leadership has driven the execution of several pioneering infrastructure projects, many of which were industry firsts in India. Mr. Rajesh continues to steer the Group with a strong focus on operational excellence and sustained growth in a dynamic infrastructure landscape.
