With over three decades of expertise in strategic marketing, sales leadership and corporate relationship management, Mr. N Satish Kumar serves as the President – Business Development and Corporate Relations. His distinguished career spans senior executive roles including President, Managing Director and Executive Director at reputed organizations such as Mavis Studies, Southern Online Biotechnologies and Multichannel Services. He brings a strong track record in business development and comprehensive sales-marketing.

Mr. G.S.S.N. Murthy
Mr. Murthy leads the Project Planning, Monitoring, and Coordination functions at Rithwik Projects. With 46 years of comprehensive expertise, including 36 years in Irrigation and 9 years in private sector consulting, Mr. Murthy, is a former Chief Engineer of Andhra Pradesh State Irrigation Department, and specializes in pre-tendering feasibility analysis, cost evaluation, and technical advisory services for infrastructure companies. His distinguished portfolio encompasses major Hydro Electric Projects including Dhaulasidh HEP, Sunni HEP, Tupakulagudem Barrage, and extensive irrigation and highway projects across Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. A Civil Engineering graduate, he delivers professional consulting expertise to infrastructure development projects.

Mr. D. Venkateswara Rao
Mr. D. Venkateswara Rao leads the design and engineering division at Rithwik Projects, bringing with him over 35 years of experience in water resource systems and irrigation project management. A former Chief Engineer in the Andhra Pradesh Government’s Irrigation Department, he has deep expertise in planning, development, and execution of large-scale water infrastructure projects. Before joining Rithwik Projects, he also worked with Transitory (India) Limited. A Civil Engineering graduate from Osmania University, Mr. Venkateswara Rao received his M-Tech from JNTU, Hyderabad. He is currently involved in the Jal Jeevan Mission, Uttar Pradesh.

Mr. J. Nagendra Kumar
Mr. J. Nagendra Kumar heads the Highways Division at Rithwik Projects, bringing 28 years of experience in highway construction, including major 8-lane corridors. He has held leadership roles at BSCPL Infrastructure, Ashoka Buildcon, DBL and RKC. A Civil Engineering graduate with an MBA, he is a member of IRC and ICI, combining technical depth with strategic insight in road infrastructure development.

Mr. N Ajaya Babu
Mr. Ajaya Babu brings over 30 years of financial leadership to Rithwik Group, overseeing accounts, audit, taxation and company secretarial functions, while guiding the company’s daily operations ensuring optimal financial performance. With prior senior roles at Kirby Building Systems, Andhra Petrochemicals and Priyadarshini Spinning Mills, he specializes in finance, taxation and treasury management. A Business graduate from Madras University, he is a Fellow of the ICAI (FCA) and an Associate Member of ICSI (ACS).

Mr. Vijay Raghav
Mr. Vijay Raghav brings over 30 years of expertise in project finance, strategic planning, budgeting and financial modelling. He brings with him comprehensive experience in MIS, consolidation and compliance. A former CFO and Company Secretary at Nabha Power Ltd. (an L&T subsidiary), he has also held senior finance roles at ITC Bhadrachalam, Nagarjuna Fertilizers, My Home Power, Madhucon Projects and Capital Fortunes. A qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, he delivers exceptional financial leadership and planning capabilities.

Mr. Sundeep Mohla
Mr. Sundeep Mohla is an accomplished Project Head with over two decades of experience in the civil engineering industry. He possesses proven expertise in negotiation, highways, project estimation, feasibility studies, and inspection. A strong operations professional, he has previously been associated with Patel Engineering and HCC, and is an alumnus of Kendriya Vidyalaya.

Mr. Veeresh Chalmi
Mr. Veeresh Chalmi, Vice President and head of Tunnels & Underground Projects, is a Graduate Civil Engineer with over 30 years of experience in bidding and Construction of Underground Metro, Highway & Railway tunnels, Hydro projects, and under-river foundations. He is among the select professionals who have delivered 8 major underground metro projects across India. His leadership roles span MCC, Delta, J. Kumar-China Rail JV, APCO Infratech, and L&T-STEC JV. Recently his team achieved record 1,050 Mtr/month of RCC tunnel lining for RVNL over 8 consecutive months. He is widely recognized for his strategic vision and problem-solving capabilities within the industry.

Mr. G. Madhusudhan Reddy is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in project execution, government liaison, commissioning and coordination with technical consultants. His work spans diverse infrastructure sectors including power plants, roads, irrigation, tunnels and housing. Known for his ability to handle complex challenges with composure, he has built a strong reputation for delivering results in high-stakes environments. His deep industry knowledge, strong government networks and practical leadership have made him a respected and reliable figure in both professional and social circles.

Mr. B V S V Prasada Rao
Mr. Prasada Rao, a B-Tech graduate from BITS Pilani and certified PMP, brings 28 years of experience in project management and engineering. He has served in leadership roles at AFCONS, L&T Construction, Gayatri Projects, and Tata Projects to name a few.
Head - Plant & Machinery
Mr. M. Srinivasa Rao
Mr. M. Srinivasa Rao directs the Plant & Machinery division at Rithwik Projects, overseeing strategic equipment procurement and operational efficiency. With over 35 years of vast experience, he has held key roles at APCO Infratech, Soma Enterprises, Lanco and Progressive Constructions. An expert in infrastructure plant operations, he holds a Diploma in Automobile Engineering from Andhra Polytechnic College, Kakinada.

Dr. Krishna Kumar Sati
Dr. Krishna Kumar Sati currently leads the Sunni Dam Hydroelectric Project in Himachal Pradesh, bringing over 25 years of experience in tunnels, dams, highways, and hydropower. He has delivered six major projects, including 150+ km of tunnels and multiple large underground powerhouses and dams. Before joining Rithwik, he successfully led the execution of a landmark hydropower project in Uttarakhand. A Ph.D. in Geotechnical Engineering, Dr. Sati has published several research papers and is a lifetime member of ISRMTT. He was also honoured with the Lakshmeshwar Ramarao Award by the Geological Society of India

Mr. Rakesh Dimri
Mr. Rakesh Dimri is a seasoned expert in hydroelectric project execution, with extensive experience across the entire project lifecycle — from conceptualization to commissioning, including dams, tunnels and underground caverns. A Civil Engineering graduate with an MBA and a PG Diploma in Construction Management, he has held key roles with Jaypee Group and Thapar & Patel Engineering, contributing to major hydropower developments. He currently serves as Project Director for RPPL’s Tapovan Vishnugad Hydroelectric Power Project (NTPC), Uttarakhand.

Mr. V Kishore Kumar
Mr. V Kishore Kumar brings over 30 years of expertise in business development strategy, strategic planning, cost estimations and project management. Specializing in infrastructure project lifecycle management from concept to commissioning, he excels in business growth planning and financial estimations. A Master’s in Structures (JNTU), MBA Finance (Andhra University) and a Chartered Engineer with ISO Lead Auditor certification, Mr. Kishore was previously associated with Ramky Infrastructures, NCC Limited, IL&FS and Megha Engineering.

Mr. K V Rao
Mr. K V Rao leads the Tenders Division with over two decades of expertise in business development, project tendering and execution. He specialises in managing high-value project tenders, Joint Venture partner coordination and navigating government liaison and strategic bidding processes. An alumnus of Nagarjuna University, where he earned his commerce degree, he previously served at Progressive Constructions Limited, bringing proven tender management capabilities.

Mr. N. Gajendhar
Mr. N. Gajendhar oversees the Supply Chain Management operations at Rithwik Projects, bringing a sharp focus on cost optimization and operational efficiency. His strategic approach to procurement and vendor development, contract negotiations, budget planning has established him as a results-driven leader in supply chain optimization. A qualified Civil Engineer with a specialized Diploma in Materials Management, Mr. Gajendhar brings valuable experience from key roles held at Lanco Infratech Ltd and IVRCL Infrastructures & Projects Ltd.

Mr. Chakra S Prava
Mr. Chakravarthy brings 25 years of comprehensive experience across infrastructure and manufacturing sectors, including pharma, F&B and edible oil. His expertise spans finance management, accounting operations and ICT solutions. He has held key roles at Madhucon Projects, GVPR Engineers, Ramky Infrastructure and Wilmar International. A Masters in Commerce, He also holds an MBA, AICWA and is a certified Oracle ERP professional.

Mr. P J Raghuram
Mr. PJ Raghuram serves as Senior General Manager, with 26 years of deep expertise in project management, cost estimation, claims and arbitration services. A Civil Engineering graduate from Karnataka University, he has led large-scale infrastructure projects – dams, hydropower and canal systems. Formerly associated with Venkata Rama Construction and Sree Rama Engineering Construction, his notable projects include the Koteshwar hydroelectric project (THDC) and Akasaganga Dams.

Mr. Srinivas Rao Kesana
Mr. Kesana Srinivasa Rao has over two decades experience in SAP implementation and maintenance across techno functional areas in all Core Modules. An expert in digital transformation and new technology adaptation, Mr. Srinivas holds a Post Graduation degree in Information Technology. A recipient of prestigious awards namely the “Innovative CIO Award” for 2018, “NextGen Digital Leader – 2019”, “Big CIO Innovators Award”, “InfoSec Award”, “Data Centre Manager Award for 2020” and recently Awarded “Aspiring CXOs Award for 2024” to name a few.

Mr. Ramakrishna Paramahamsa
With over 19 years of experience in Environment, Health & Safety (HSE) management, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), emergency preparedness, and internal audits, Mr. Ramakrishna brings a strong mix of expertise and leadership to this critical role. He holds a Postgraduate Degree in Safety Management, along with Postgraduate Diplomas in Fire & Safety Engineering and Environmental Sciences.
He began his career in 2003 with LNS Infrastructure as a Safety Supervisor and went on to serve in key HSE roles at Ramky Infrastructure, Shapoorji Pallonji Group, and L&T Construction. Notably, he was the Project EHS Head for both the Yadadri-Warangal NHAI project and the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Corridor.

Mr. Prabhat Subudhi
Mr. Prabhat Subudhi is a seasoned Internal Auditor with over 20 years of experience across infra, manufacturing, finance and agriculture sectors. He brings a strong blend of technical knowledge and strategic insight to the organization. A Chartered Accountant and an MBA-Finance, his core expertise includes Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, Governance and Business Process Management. He has previously worked with reputed organizations such as Venky’s India, Tata Projects, ILFS Engineering, Karvy Stock Broking and Srinivasa Hatcheries.
Head – Human Resources, Industrial Relations & Administration
Mr. N Radha Krishna
Mr. N. Radha Krishna brings 30 years of diverse experience in human resources, industrial relations and administration across public and private sectors, with over 18 years in the infrastructure industry. He has held key roles in organizations like NMDC, Essar Construction, C&C Constructions, SAPTCO, BSCPL Infrastructure and MBL Infrastructure. Prior to joining Rithwik Projects, he served as General Manager – Admin & IR at Hyderabad Race Club. He holds degrees in Commerce and Law, along with dual Master’s degrees and an M.Phil. in Labour Studies. With deep expertise and a strategic approach to people management, he helps create a productive and compliant work environment.
