Mr. G.S.S.N. Murthy
Mr. Murthy leads the Project Planning, Monitoring, and Coordination functions at Rithwik Projects. He brings 46 years of professional experience, including 36 years in irrigation and 9 years in private sector consulting. A former Chief Engineer of the Andhra Pradesh State Irrigation Department, he specializes in feasibility studies, cost evaluation, and technical advisory for major hydroelectric, irrigation, and infrastructure projects.

Mr. D. Venkateswara Rao
Mr. D. Venkateswara Rao leads the Design and Engineering division at Rithwik Projects. He brings over 35 years of experience in water resource systems and irrigation project management. A former Chief Engineer in the Andhra Pradesh Government’s Irrigation Department, he has extensive experience in planning and execution of large water infrastructure projects.

Mr. J. Nagendra Kumar
Mr. J. Nagendra Kumar heads the Highways Division at Rithwik Projects and brings 28 years of experience in highway construction, including large-scale multi-lane corridor projects. A Civil Engineering graduate with an MBA, he has extensive expertise in planning and execution of road infrastructure works. He is a member of the Indian Roads Congress (IRC) and the Indian Concrete Institute (ICI), reflecting his strong professional engagement in the sector.

Mr. T. Ravi Krishna
Mr. T. Ravi Krishna serves as Senior Vice President – Legal at Rithwik Projects, bringing over 25 years of in-depth experience in litigation, civil, and criminal law. He provides strategic legal guidance on contract administration, dispute resolution, arbitration, banking and finance, real estate, and corporate legal matters. Known for his practical approach and legal acumen, he plays a key role in managing complex legal issues for the company. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Loyola College, Vijayawada, and an LL.B. from the University of Nagpur.

Mr. N Ajaya Babu
Mr. Ajaya Babu brings over 30 years of financial leadership to Rithwik Group, overseeing accounts, audit, taxation, and company secretarial functions while supporting the company’s operational and financial management. With extensive experience across leading corporate organizations, he has strong expertise in finance, taxation, and treasury management. He is a Business graduate from Madras University, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA), and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS).

Mr. Vijay Raghav brings over 30 years of expertise in project finance, strategic planning, budgeting, and financial modelling. He has extensive experience in MIS, consolidation, and regulatory compliance, supported by senior leadership roles across leading corporate organizations such as Nabha Power Ltd. (an L&T subsidiary), ITC Bhadrachalam, Nagarjuna Fertilizers etc. A qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, he provides strong financial leadership, strategic planning, and governance support for large infrastructure and corporate operations.

Mr. Sundeep Mohla
As an accomplished Project Head with over two decades of experience in the civil engineering sector, Mr. Sundeep Mohla has strong expertise in highway projects, project estimation, feasibility studies, inspections, and contract negotiations. With extensive experience gained through leadership roles across major infrastructure organizations, he brings strong operational and project management capabilities to large-scale infrastructure development initiatives.
Vice President - Tunnels and Underground Projects
Mr. Veeresh Chalmi
Mr. Veeresh Chalmi, Vice President and Head of Tunnels & Underground Projects, is a Graduate Civil Engineer with over 30 years of experience in bidding and construction of underground metro, highway and railway tunnels, hydro projects, and under-river foundations. He is among the select professionals who have delivered eight major underground metro projects across India. Having held leadership roles across several leading infrastructure organizations and joint venture projects, he brings extensive expertise in underground construction. Recently, his team achieved a record 1,050 meters per month of RCC tunnel lining for RVNL over eight consecutive months. He is widely recognized in the industry for his strategic vision and strong problem-solving capabilities.

A seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in project execution, government liaison, commissioning, and coordination with technical consultants, Mr. G. Madhusudhan Reddy’s experience spans key infrastructure sectors including power, roads, irrigation, tunnels, and housing. Known for handling complex projects with a practical approach, he has developed strong industry knowledge, effective government coordination, and leadership in delivering infrastructure projects.

Mr. Prasada Rao, a B-Tech graduate from BITS Pilani and a certified PMP professional, brings 28 years of experience in project management and engineering. He has held key leadership roles in major infrastructure projects, contributing extensive expertise in planning, execution, and management of complex engineering and construction assignments.

Mr. M. Srinivasa Rao
Mr. M. Srinivasa Rao directs the Plant & Machinery division at Rithwik Projects, overseeing strategic equipment procurement and operational efficiency. With over 35 years of vast experience, he has held key roles at APCO Infratech, Soma Enterprises, Lanco and Progressive Constructions. An expert in infrastructure plant operations, he holds a Diploma in Automobile Engineering from Andhra Polytechnic College, Kakinada.

Dr. Krishna Kumar Sati
Dr. Krishna Kumar Sati brings over 25 years of experience in tunnels, dams, highways, and hydropower projects. He has delivered several major projects, including extensive tunnel works and underground powerhouses. A Ph.D. in Geotechnical Engineering, he has published research papers and is a lifetime member of ISRMTT. He is also a recipient of the Lakshmeshwar Ramarao Award.

Mr. Rakesh Dimri
Mr. Rakesh Dimri is a seasoned expert in hydroelectric project execution, with extensive experience across the entire project lifecycle — from conceptualization to commissioning, including dams, tunnels and underground caverns. A Civil Engineering graduate with an MBA and a PG Diploma in Construction Management, he has held key roles with Jaypee Group and Thapar & Patel Engineering, contributing to major hydropower developments. He currently serves as Project Director for RPPL’s Tapovan Vishnugad Hydroelectric Power Project (NTPC), Uttarakhand.

He holds a Master’s in Structural Engineering from JNTU, an MBA in Finance from Andhra University, and is a Chartered Engineer and certified ISO Lead Auditor.

He specialises in managing high-value project tenders, Joint Venture partner coordination and navigating government liaison and strategic bidding processes. An alumnus of Nagarjuna University, where he earned his commerce degree, he previously served at Progressive Constructions Limited, bringing proven tender management capabilities

Overseeing Supply Chain Management at Rithwik Projects, Mr. Gajendhar focuses on procurement efficiency, vendor development, contract negotiations, and cost optimization. A qualified Civil Engineer with a Diploma in Materials Management, he brings extensive experience in supply chain operations, budget planning, and logistics management for large infrastructure projects, contributing to effective resource planning and smooth project execution.

Mr. Srinivasa Chakravarthy Prava
Bringing 25 years of experience across infrastructure and manufacturing sectors, including pharma, food and beverages, and edible oil, Mr. Chakravarthy has strong expertise in finance management, accounting operations, and ICT systems. A master’s in commerce and an MBA, he is an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (AICWA) and is a certified Oracle ERP professional.

Mr. P. J. Raghuram serves as Associate Vice President and brings 26 years of experience in project management, cost estimation, claims, and arbitration services. A Civil Engineering graduate from Karnataka University, he has led major infrastructure works in dams, hydropower, and canal systems. His notable projects include the Koteshwar Hydroelectric Project (THDC) and the Akasaganga Dams, reflecting his strong expertise in complex infrastructure execution.
