An engineering graduate from JNTU, Hyderabad, Mr. G. Govardhan Naidu brings rich expertise in power and irrigation projects. He began his career at Kesoram Cements and later served as Assistant Divisional Engineer at APSEB until 2001. As General Manager at Rithwik Power Projects (2001–2006), he led the construction of a 7.5 MW biomass plant in Khammam. He then directed the execution of a 24 MW mini hydel scheme in Karnataka. Notable projects under his leadership include the Bansagar Canal in UP, the 1.1 km Tupakulagudem Barrage on the Godavari, and several ongoing hydro projects at Tapovan, Dhaulasidh, Sunni, and Rangit IV.
