Mr. Rithwik Ramesh is the second-generation entrepreneur currently serving as the President – Operations at Rithwik Projects Pvt. Ltd. With a background in Economics and Finance from Drexel University, USA, he brings strong financial insight and a modern approach to the company’s operations. At Rithwik Projects, he plays a vital role in financial planning, budgeting, and strategic fund management. He has been instrumental in introducing systems and processes that have enabled the organization to transition from a traditional, family-run setup to a more structured and professional business model. In addition to his core responsibilities in operations, Rithwik leads the company’s tunneling division, where, under his leadership, Rithwik Projects successfully completed the Veligonda Tunnel project – an intricate irrigation tunnel executed using a tunnel boring machine. He also spearheaded the RVNL Package 6 project, a prestigious 19-km tunnel constructed using the NATM method, valued at ₹1,800 crore. This project set a new benchmark for the company, achieving 820 meters of tunneling in a single month – an internal record. Rithwik’s leadership is marked by a clear focus on modernization, operational excellence, and project delivery, all of which continue to strengthen Rithwik Projects’ position in the infrastructure sector.
